went to Alva for the nice easy run from the games field,about 35 started abit later than usual,though they were waiting on the rain but just as we started the sun came out and was very muggy.starts with a
lap of track acompanied by the smell from 300 burger barsout onto a
narrow lane which had only muddy patch,over golf course and staight onto steep hillside with a lot of hand work to help upward movement,
near the top 2 hernehill runners came flying down well in the lead
and followed by runners in all sorts styles from upright to flat on back
sliding down.made top and started down but had made the wise decision to wear long shorts as i was soon sliding most of way down
and back to park to get cheered round to finish.for such small race
very hard but enjoyable
