what a day it was on saturday for the Callander crags race,not a large

field but plenty of comp,started upsteep path were i went backwards

trying to breathe till we reached the open ground at the top where i spied a figure 100m in front which gave me a target for the down-hill

but i had to work hard to get him before the bottom of the road then

the winding path thro the woods to the finish,expecting to hear him

behind me but made it,very warm but a good wee race. on sunday

went to Livvy for 10k trail race,not as sunny but still very close,felt i

had a reasonable run and got 1/60 good turn-out but again no Ws

sat 1 young stevenson sun colin meek 34.16
