In the Dark Handicap

Condition were absolutely ideal: bright sunshine, very dry underfoot, couldn't be better (except for Sandy). Competition was generally good (except for Sandy). Handicaps were very close and fair (except for Sandy). Marks for trying were high (except for Sandy). Orange floodlighting installed since lat year made ascent less challenging although this was offset by slime mud etc.
