Mad start from the Campsie Glen. Fast as hell to start up the shoulder. Made the first cairn in about 16mins! Twisted left ankle just after Laurs Cairn, held my position just in front of Sandra McLeish all the way to rejoining the road after Leckett. Turned on the pace on the road and opened up a 21sec gap between us for the finish. I ran with my right arm in a plaster.
