ran the 10 mile trail race in this duathalon with adam anderson sen doing 16 miles on the bike,the first half
was on forest roads then onto tracks and cycle paths
had good run fjnishing half way up field to announcement
that was the oldest runner in field.we picked up oldest team to finish trophy and a prize.good day out
