Comrie Hill Race 10 Sept
This is a great relay race: 4 legs, 5 runners, around the hills of Comrie. The women's team (Muffy, Christine, Val and Shona) was second. Special mention to Christine, for running in two left shoes, and Shona for running two legs (not sure if they were left or right). The men's team, (Rob, Murdo, Hamilton, Steffen and Dave) was farther down the field (11th?). Drew and Jason made a team of their own (after a mass exodus of the remainder of that team - you saw it on email) and ran the first leg. All had a great time on the hills in the sunshine, and especially afterwards at a cracking barbeque. Thanks to Captain Chris who came to cheer us on and join in the post race irreverent banter.
