turnbull`s on tour
was having a few days away ,so saw oban hill race,looked up
site where it said hill race was climax of athletics so must be about 4o`clock ha ha .up the lochside turn at tyndrum and meander along to oban then try and find parking,get to park at
1 o`clock ask at entrance time of race then hear on loudspeaker the runners are heading up hill.scratch that one.
on friday went to mull and had a run at ballamory.on saturday
looked at herald and saw a trail race at aberfoyle so started out but didnt know start time .got there at 10 to 2,reg and got changed and ran to start,missed start but carried on,good catching some folk hard wee race ,rosie thereas well.on sunday went to gartmorn 6 in plenty of time then did a long warm up and had to rush to start,a 1 1/2 mile thro woods then 3 flat miles round dam and back thro woods,no other w
